Socialism, as a social system, is known for its penchant for government intervention in all facets of social life, whether it is economic, political or cultural, for its avowed purpose of helping the poor, or at least the majority of the country’s citizens.
But the Russian television, RT or Russia Today, sarcastically described the “American Bailout” as Socialism for the Rich. Sad, but true.
