Here’s why:
I would like it to be done under certain conditions, including:
One, that after finishing high school at the legal age of 18, the graduate is equipped with all the necessary skills and aptitude that makes him readily employable.
Two, that labor policies shall be modified to encourage the hiring of high school graduates.
Three, that the education department and other agencies of government shall inculcate a new orientation among our people to discard the common notion or “high school lang” mentality; which means students who finish high school will thenceforth be proud that they already finished high school; precisely why it is called HIGH SCHOOL, not low school.
